Overviews
The custom system used to package filament yarn is one of the systems we are most proud to present. Using new technologies to place yarn onto spools then being able to wrap these spools with plastic, made this project challengling but even more fulfilling once completed. This unique system consisted of 3 main stations.
Packing
Using a unique system, spun yarn was placed onto spools. These spools are then sent into a wrapper.
Wrapping
The wrapper would then lift the spun yarn to allow for the total plastic wrapping of the yarn. The wrapped yarn is then placed back into the spool to be later packed.
Tray Erector
Once wrapped, a tray is then erected. This large traymaker was specially designed for the yarn industry. This unique traymaker then sends the tray into the packing area.
