• 40% - Perform economics analysis, cost analysis, revenue analysis, financial modeling, budgeting, and planning.
• 30% - Prepare monthly financial report for company business. Support preparation of financial budgets and monthly forecast for business operation.
• 15% - Develop methodologies for standardize data collection and work processes.
• 15% - Present analysis, conclusions, and recommendation to the president and the management team on the weekly basis.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics plus two year experience in the related field or a master's degree in the above-mentioned majors without prior experience. MBA is a plus. Candidate should have theoretical and practical practice of accounting, finance, economics, management, and other related disciplines. The candidate must also have statistics analytical skills. In addition, the candidate must be a self-starter with ability to multi-task, and possess strong analytical, interpretational and interpersonal skills.

Job Title: Business Development Analyst

Job Duties:
Conduct market research for packaging automation equipment and machines, gather and analyze data on marketplace with regard to prices, sales and methods of marketing; plan and implement advertising & marketing strategies to promote and develop brand image in the U.S. and abroad; keep in close contact with the key customers; create and develop presentations, brochures, websites and other marketing and advertising materials

Qualifications:
Must have master degree in business administration in marketing or in Global Marketing Communication and Advertising;
Must have course study in Global Brand Management and New Tech Global Marketing; Must have good communication skill and ability to work independently; bilingual in English and another language is a plus
